Founded in 2023 by Luca Ruggiero and Lorenzo Falegnami, Bailygrains is an independent fashion project that places authentic creative expression and constant experimentation at its core. The brand defines itself as an innovative laboratory where ideas take shape through a handcrafted and spontaneous approach, capable of turning every limitation into an opportunity to create unique and original solutions.

Bailygrains rejects the imposed rhythms of mainstream fashion and its fast cycles, choosing instead to work according to the pace of its own creativity, expressed freely and without external pressures. The ability to “figure things out,” adapt, and explore new paths independently is an integral part of the brand’s identity: an attitude that values creative problem-solving and pragmatic innovation, fundamental elements to achieve new and surprising results.
