14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To do so, email us at bailygrains.corp@gmail.com with your order number before the 14 days run out. A short, clear message is enough.

Sending items back

Ship the items back within 14 days of telling us, to: Lorenzo Falegnami, Via Don Giovanni Minzoni 27, 20158 Milano (MI), Italy. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with their original tags and packaging. Return shipping is paid by you.

Refunds

We refund the price of the items and the standard shipping cost you paid, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using your original payment method. We may hold the refund until the items are back with us. If items come back worn, washed or damaged, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are available while stock lasts: email us with your order number and the size you need. Every drop is a limited run, so the size you want may sell out quickly.

Bracelet V.3

The bracelet is printed to order and can be returned under the same conditions as the rest of the collection.

Wrong or damaged items

If you receive the wrong item, or it arrives damaged in transit, write to us at bailygrains.corp@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, so we can open a claim with the carrier. We will cover the return and send a replacement or a full refund. Manufacturing defects are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity; normal wear, washing that does not follow the care label and misuse are not defects.

Hand-finished pieces

Some pieces are hand-painted and treated by hand. Differences in pigment, fading and distressing from one piece to another are part of the design, not defects.
