Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide from Italy. Yes, even to the Moon — rates on request.

Processing time

Clothing leaves the lab within 1–2 business days of payment. Bracelet V.3 is 3D printed in resin to order: allow 2–5 business days before it ships. If your order includes a bracelet, the whole order ships together once it is ready.

Shipping rates

Every order has a flat shipping rate, the same whatever you buy, set by destination and shown in your cart before you pay.

Carrier and tracking

We choose the most suitable carrier for each order and destination. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Estimated delivery times, from dispatch

Italy: 2–5 business days

European Union: 4–10 business days

Rest of the world: 7–20 business days

These are indicative times, not guarantees: carriers and customs can add delays we cannot control.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country. These are paid by the recipient on delivery and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will ship it again at your expense.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived 10 days after the estimated delivery, or arrives damaged, write to us at bailygrains.corp@gmail.com with your order number and, for damage, a few photos. We will sort it out with the carrier.
